Jon Whittle was the founder and CEO of Integrated Workforce (1992). He saw that Integrated was taken to a successful IPO in 1999. In 2006, Jon moved from the role of Managing Director to that of Non-executive Director and remained in the role through the merger with Programmed Maintenance until retiring from the board in November 2015. He has held a number of directorships in both public and private companies, including Integrated Group, Programmed Maintenance, HBF and Olea Australis Limited. Jon has also been involved with many small to medium businesses including start-up phase and growth through change management, improved systems and financial controls. These businesses have been in brewing, marine, rail maintenance, and ten years in property development throughout Western Australia.
Richard Sandover is Chairman of Partners of Jackson McDonald, a leading commercial law firm based in Perth. He is an experienced litigator, practicing in the area of commercial and property litigation, and mediation with a focus on contract law, property development, planning and hospitality law.
Commencing in the late 1980s, Richard was a pioneer of commercial mediation for clients as an alternative to protracted and expensive litigation. His mediation and negotiation skills have been recognised by the Office of the Mediation Advisor (OMA) resulting in his appointment as a mediator under the Franchising Code, Oil Code and other codes. Building on 30 years of working with business and government, Richard has broad commercial experience and a wide network in Western Australian, Australian business and government circles.
Richard is also Chairman of LNG Marine Fuels Institute. LNG MFI is an independent, not for profit, evidence based think tank dedicated to the introduction of LNG as the primary fuel in the global maritime industry in order to reduce sulphur and carbon emissions, increase health outcomes and advance the economic and national interests of Australia.

Mr Ainslie helped Cantor Fitzgerald become a leading institutional market player in Asia by creating a top-tier sales and trading platform by contributing to the formation of an expanding corporate finance business focused on China.
